The Account Billing page is used to view the type of payment plan and monitor LMS usage. This page can ONLY be seen by the Account Owner, who is defined on this page.
To access the Billing page, the Account Owner clicks the Billing tab in the left navigation menu:
The Account Billing page has two sections: Billing Details and Change Account Owner:
In the Billing Details section, you can see the following information:
- Current plan - displays the type of billing plan based on the current contract
- Current usage - the contracted usage model displays, along with usage and storage statistics based on that model
In the Change Account Owner section, the current Account Owner can assign a different Account Owner via a dropdown list of unrestricted administrators. Once a new Account Owner is chosen and the Change account owner button is clicked, the current Account Owner will no longer have access to this page.
